Chapter4: Dancing in the moonlight

When Aeris asleep early the next morning, she had the strangest dream. It wasn’t the one with her split in half, but that she and Leo we’re togethere kissing each othere. When she woke up she “Either those dreams mean something, or I’m just losing my mind” she then got out bed and smelled something cooking. She opened the door and looked around and crept toward the kitchen, and saw Leo making breakfast. He then turned around and saw her.
-Morning Aeris – He smiled softly, Aeris only nodded in response, and blinked. Leo then turned back and kept cooking –Had a good rest?
-Y…Yeah…-Said Aeris walking in to the kitchen. Leo then turned around and looked at her wide eyed with a soft blush appearing on his face
-What? – She then looked down and saw that she was almost naked, except for her bra and underwear. She quickly covered herself blushing madly, and looked at Leo – WHAT THE HELL ARE YA STARING AT?! – But for some reason, she didn’t mind at all, she even enjoyed Leo looking at her like that. Leo looked down still blushing
-N…Nothing…How about you’ll go and get dressed…. And I’ll finish setting the table – Before he could finish, Aeris had already rushed to her room, and closed the door. She then let out a deep sigh. She then picked up a pink T-shirt with some jeans and put them on, and walked back to the kitchen where everything was ready and Leo was already eating. Aeris sat down and began eating as well. Suddenly Leo spoke up
-Hey, Aeris, do you have any plans tonight? – Aeris almost choked on her food as she looked at Leo with wide eyes
-Eh…No…. I…. I don’t think so…. Wh-why do you ask? – She gulped nerviously
-Well…I thought maybe you wanted to go somewhere…. If that’s cool with you? – Aeris blinked again and felt her heart beating like crazy, as if it was ready to jump out of her chest throat “Is…. Is he asking me out? Does that mean he has something for me? Or maybe we’re gonna go out as friends?” Those questions raced through her head at extreme speeds, moments seemed like eternities. She looked at Leo again, almost getting lost in his eyes
-S-sure Leo…. It’s ok…. – She smiled warmly, and blushed even more. After they finished their breakfast, Aeris went to her room and looked at the mirror, and took a deep breath “Ok…. Calm down girl…. everything is gonna be ok…. You're just gonna go out with him…It isn’t date or anything…. So no need to be nervious…” She looked at her reflection and almost screamed. From the mirror stared herself, but her eyes we’re cold and evil.
-What are ya staring at? You look like you’ve seen a ghost? – Said the Aeris in the mirror in cold emmotionless voice.
-Who…. Who are you? – Aeris looked at her mirror image with frightened eyes
-I’m you idiot! – Said the mirror Aeris in a harsh voice - now listen! You are making a great mistake! That’s Leo! A total prick! The biggest idiot of the world! You should spit at him! –
-Please…. Stop… - Aeris said almost in a whisper. The mirror image only laughed coldly and smirked
-I thought so…. You are pathetic…Simply pathetic… - Suddenly Aeris grabbed the neares she found and threw in the mirror
-I SAID SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!! – The mirror broke into manya tiny pieces as Aeris dropped to her knees takeing deep breaths. Just then Leo opened the door and saw her
-Aeris! – He rushed to her and looked at her – Are you ok? – Aeris didn’t say anything, she only burried her head in his chest, Leo huged her and then began brushing her back
-Shhhh…Calm down – He looked at her – Are you hurt?
-No…. No I’m fine…. – She said weakly. Leo noded in response, and looked at the broken mirror
-How did that happen? –
-I…My comb slipped…- Leo noded again, and then he stood up, Aeris wanted to grab his hand and hug him again, she didn’t know why, but for some reason, it gave her peace when he hugged her. Leo took a broom and swept the glass away
-You got lucky that the glass didn’t hit you – Aeris didn’t say anything, she just kept sitting on the floor looking toward nothing “Why…. Why is he making me feel so odd…. Nobody has ever made me feel like this….”She then felt someone’s hand on her shoulder, she turned around and saw Leo
-Aeris are you, ok? – She only noded – Hey listen, if you don’t wanna go and just stay home it’s ok with me
-What? – Aeris looked confused at him –We already decided we're going out so let's go – Leo shrugged
-Ok, it’s your call…- He then headed towards the door – But be more careful next time – After that he winked to her and left. Aeris stood for minutes staring at the door; she then dropped on her bed and whispered
-…Leo…- After that she closed her eyes.

Later that night:

Aeris was getting ready in her room. Leo didn’t tell her where they were going, but he said that she should wear something elegant, Aeris kept looking trough her closet. Until she found a red dress, it was pretty nice and was slightly revealing. She smiled and took it, after putting it on and observed her selfe in the mirror, she heared a knock at the door
-It’s opened – Aeris then turned around, and saw Leo, they way he looked, made Aeris' eyes almost fly out of her sockets and her chin drop down on the floor. Leo wore a black suit, with a tie, he looked absolutely gorgeous. Aeris gulped as more thought began to rush through her mind “Man…He’s so good looking…. I just want to…. STOP!!! CONTROL YOURESELF!!!!” Aeris quickly snapped outof her trance, and looked at Leo again
-Hey, looking pretty good – Leo blushed softly
-Hehe…Thanks, you're looking beautiful yourself – Aeris felt her cheek getting red “Beautiful…he thinks I’m beautiful…Wow….” – Thanks –
-So, shall we go? – Leo then gave her his hand, Aeris took it slowly, and they both went outside. While walking more and more thoughts raced trough Aeris' mind “Does he like me? Do I like him? Am I going crazy? Is this all a dream?” She was so lost in her mind that she didn’t notice them coming to a french restaurant, when she snapped out, she looked at the restaurant and whistled
-Wow! Leo! You surprise me, ya know how much this place cost? How can you afford it? – Leo looked at her
-A good magician never reveals his tricks – He winked to her, Aeris blushed even more and tried to hold her laugh. They both entered the restaurant, and took a seat. After they ate, Aeris looked outside and sighed, the moon was shining brightly and the orckestore was playing a romantic tune. Suddenly Leo gave her his hand. Aeris blinked, and looked at his hand
-Shall we dance? – Asked Leo with a smile, Aeris toock his hand and stood up
-Sure – They both went to the dance floor, and began dancing. Both Leo and Aeris moved graciously. Aeris was in heaven, when the dance ended, she looked at Leo, and noticed that she was inches away from his lips. She wanted to come closer to close the gap, but something stopped her, as someone or something was holding her. Leo looked confused at her and blinked
-Something wrong?
-No…. I’m…I’m ok…. Can we go home, please? – Leo was still confused, but noded. When they came back home, Aeris went towards her room, but before opening the door, she looked at Leo
-Thanks, Leo…. I…had fun tonight – Leo noded and kissed her cheek softly.
-No prob Aeris, sweet dreams – He then walked towards his room and closed the door, Aeris stood frozen in her place, she then placed her hand on her cheek and rubbed it slowly. Her heart was beating like mad right now, her lungs felt empty and her mind was blank. She slowly reached for the knob, and entered her room, she then laid in her bed, and looked up “He…. He.Kissed me…does that mean….” Before she could finish her mind wandered off and she fell asleep, dreaming of her and Leo kissing eachother

Over all good story in my opinion, but if i may point out some things...........If she broke the mirror then how did she look into it when she put on her dress? Also it may just me but something seem repeatitive about your story. This is constructive critisim, i am not trying to put your story down. Once again I am not trying to offend you, i am a critic by nature. I actualy realy like this story and plan on reading the rest. My rating: four and a half out of five
